ZRC was founded in 2013, aiming at early-stage start-up investments and M&A financing services. ZRC manages multiple investment funds with more than two billion USD worth fund under management. Its cornerstone investors include the National Council for Social Security Fund, government entities, and their investment platforms. To date, ZRC has invested in over 200 innovative companies. In terms of ecosystem development, ZRC has initiated and operates platforms such as the Zhongguancun Dahe M&A Research Institute, the Canada-China Angel Alliance (CCAA), the Dahe Ricoh Accelerator, and Zhongguancun U30, while continuously carrying out exchanges and cooperation in both domestic and international markets.

 

Zhongguancun River Capital (ZRC) has a management team with diverse backgrounds, whose members possess years of experience in equity investment, corporate operations, entrepreneurial practice, and market regulation. Among them: Mr. Liu Zhishuo, Founding Partner, with over 20 years of experience in corporate management and equity investment; Mr. Xu Jinghong, former Professor at Tsinghua University and former Chairman of Tsinghua Holdings Group; Ms. Wang Xuesong, Director of the Zhongguancun Dahe M&A Research Institute, who previously served in a regulatory department at a Chinese securities regulator; and Mr. Fan Zhe, with over 17 years of experience in private equity investment, having previously served as the head of TMT investments and Managing Director at Fosun Group.
