ZRC was founded in 2013, aiming at early-stage start-up investments and M&A financing services. ZRC manages multiple investment funds with more than two billion USD worth fund under management. The cornerstone investors of fund managed by ZRC include National Council for Social Security Fund (NCSSF). ZRC has invested more than 200 innovation enterprises so far, such as Xpeng Motors（9868、XPEV）, Luckin Coffee（LK）and Telink Semiconductor（688591）. Relying on the marvelous experience and distinct accomplishments in management, entrepreneurship and investment, ZRC and core partner team have been contributing on investing many high growth potential industries, including mobile technology, consumption upgrade, AI & big data, renewable energy, and healthcare, and with such a well diverse investment eco-system, ZRC has also constructed a solid competition advantage through cooperating with government and building cross-border business channels. The team has also initiated China Canada Angels Alliance(CCAA), River-Ricoh Innovation Accelerator and Zhongguancun U30 entrepreneurship competition as a series of indispensable elements to the ZRC business eco-system in both domestic and foreign markets to empower the internationalization strategy of ZRC.  
 
The ZRC management team is composed of senior investment professionals, leaders of super large enterprises, thriving entrepreneurs, relevant management leaders of the former government, business experts of capital market regulators: Mr. Liu Zhishuo, founding partner of ZRC. He has more than 15 years of experience in business management and more than 10 years of experience in investment, specializing in industrial integration and M&A of S&T innovation enterprises at various stages. Mr. Liu also has served as entrepreneurship director of China Economists 50 Forum. Mr Xu Jinghong , once served as professor of Tsinghua University, Chairman of Tsinghua Holdings Corporation Limited. Ms Wang Xuesong, dean of ZRC Mergers and Acquisitions Research Institute. She has many years of experiences in securities regulation and once served as deputy director of China's securities regulatory authority. Mr Fan Zhe has over 17 years of experience in private equity investment and once served as head and managing director of TMT sector investment of Fosun Group.
